Speak Up, Speak Out (SUSO)
Catholic Central prioritizes the safety of our school community, and that's why we use "Speak Up, Speak Out". When you, a friend, or Catholic Central's community needs help, you can make it happen by reporting a tip! The Speak Up, Speak Out Resource Center will respond quickly and confidentially to make sure we can get help to you or to someone who is hurting, struggling or in danger.

Emily Rodrigue
Guidance Counselor
Emily Rodrigue is honored to walk alongside students throughout their journey at Catholic Central High School, providing guidance, encouragement, and support every step of the way. With a passion for helping young people grow in confidence, purpose, and leadership, she strives to equip each Hilltopper with the tools they need to succeed both in and beyond the classroom.
Mrs. Rodrigue holds a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education and K–12 Music Education from Martin Luther College, and a master’s degree in School Counseling from the University of Wisconsin–Superior. In addition to her counseling role, she serves as the faculty advisor for HOPE Squad, empowering students to support one another and foster a caring school community.
Students will connect with Mrs. Rodrigue during quarterly classroom lessons focused on college and career readiness, as well as social-emotional learning. She also meets with students individually to provide personalized support, ensuring every student is seen, heard, and encouraged to reach their full potential.
