Junior Hilltoppers Program Coordinator
Catholic Central High School is seeking a motivated, organized, and community-minded individual to lead and expand our Jr. Hilltoppers youth athletic programs! This individual will play a key role in building a strong foundation for the future of Catholic Central athletics by creating positive athletic experiences for our youth.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a strategic plan to expand Jr. Hilltoppers across multiple sports and grade levels.

Organize youth leagues, camps, clinics, and athletic opportunities.

Recruit, train, and oversee youth coaches.

Coordinate schedules, registrations, facilities, and program operations.

Communicate with families and build relationships throughout the community.

Manage program budgets and identify opportunities for continued growth.

We're looking for a self-starter with strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills who is passionate about youth athletics and developing the next generation of Hilltoppers!
